In addition to being dedicated academically, successful applicants to Neuchâtel Junior College are those who have extra-curricular interests and have demonstrated personal responsibility in the past.
The Admissions Committee favours students who:
- are willing to embrace new challenges
- demonstrate an interest in international relations
- show leadership potential
Our goal is to assemble a small group of students who will share a year of experiential education, while challenging and supporting one another as they learn, travel and grow as individuals. NJC fosters a culture of courtesy, peace and respect.

“My NJC classmates were the most interesting group of people that I have ever encountered in one place. Everyone was quirky, bright and interested in the most obscure things – you just learn so much from each other.”
