Our NJC men couldn't let Movember pass them by without taking part. They proudly raised 500 Swiss Francs towards this very worthwhile charity to support prostate cancer research.
With a few Romanian local volunteers, and a small team from the US, our students helped build a 3-unit house for Habitat. Three different families/individuals will now have a decent place to live on the outskirts of this small town.
Yesterday, ten students accompanied Mr. Boyer to the bronze medal game between Finland and Russia (won by Finland in overtime) and then the gold medal game between USA and Canada (won by the US also in overtime).
From March 12-19, 17 NJC students travelled to St. Petersburg, Russia to participate in a Model United Nations conference held by a local school. Here are some photos of our days at the MUN conference and our sightseeing visits while we were there.
