The Class of 2018 Graduates from NJC

On Friday, June 15, the Class of 2018 celebrated the conclusion of their unforgettable year at Neuchâtel Junior College on a marvelous sunny summer day. NJC’s 62nd graduating class of 77 students proudly walked across the stage and received their diplomas at the Temple du Bas in downtown Neuchâtel.
The graduation ceremony was followed by a reception in the gardens of the historic Hôtel du Peyrou.

The proud parents, siblings, grandparents, and pension families in attendance were addressed by keynote speaker and distinguished NJC alumnus, Dr. Daniel Andreae ’72, and treated to musical and theatrical performances by our talented grads. The ceremony closed with an address by Class Valedictorian, Alana Reich ’18.

95% of the Class of 2018 achieved Ontario Scholar status this year, by earning an average of 80% or higher on their top six Grade 12 courses. Congratulations to the Class of 2018, and good luck on the next big adventures ahead!
