Joyeuses Fêtes from NJC'22 Students

The holiday celebrations came early for NJC’s Class of 2022 as they set off to beautiful Geneva on Friday December 10th for a visit to the Red Cross museum and United Nations. While it was optional to stay on for the weekend, the entire Class chose to participate!

A weekend of activities followed including a tour of the Geneva Old Town featuring St. Pierre Cathedral, the Town Hall and the Patek Phillipe Museum. Students also enjoyed free time to explore the city and to do their holiday shopping.

On Sunday, the group travelled to Lausanne to visit the Olympic Museum and then on to stunning Montreax to enjoy the famous Christmas market.

Festivities were in full swing on Monday evening as The Annual NJC Christmas Banquet was held at the Hotel DuPeyrou. Students and faculty enjoyed a wonderful evening of fun and festivities including all of the NJC traditions.  A great way to celebrate their first four months in Switzerland.

Students have now travelled home to celebrate with families and friends feeling very fortunate to have had the opportunity to celebrate as a community in Neuchâtel. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in January 2022!
