Scholarships and Bursaries

Allow more students to benefit from the one-of-a-kind Neuchâtel Junior College education.

Neuchâtel Junior College’s extraordinary experience transforms young people into engaged, globally minded citizens who are inspired to reach across borders and cultures to solve pressing issues. Sending a student to our school can be a significant investment for families. Each year, 10-20% of our students receive financial assistance.
Bursaries and scholarships ensure that a more diverse range of experiences and perspectives is reflected in our student population. They also provide stability when enrollment is challenged by conditions affecting the broader economy – like the pandemic.

How your gift makes a difference:
  • Tuition Bursaries - open possibilities for promising young people for whom an NJC education is financially out of reach. Tuition bursaries start at $5,000.
  • Travel bursaries - reduce barriers to inclusivity in our community. Travel bursaries range from $1,000-$5,000.
  • Scholarships - attract the very best students from all walks of life. A named scholarship starts at $50,000.

“The opportunity to attend NJC thanks to my bursary was life-changing! It has been an eye-opening experience and I confidently say that my future has never looked so full of potential as it does now.” - Lucie ‘20
